The Beef.
You get to decide how you want the beef cut and processed!You get to custom order from the packer how much hamburger meat, ribeyes cut one to an inch thick or speciality cuts like Tri-Tip you would like. You work directly with the processing facility to arrange the final price and delivery schedule to pick up your beef. Typical cost is $380-$420 depending on weight.
